Little Masters CC is a well-established cricket club in New Zealand, renowned for providing young cricketers with top-quality coaching and training opportunities. Over the past 15 years, we have earned a strong reputation for nurturing talent and offering exceptional facilities to players of all ages and skill levels, including both male and female cricketers.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have registered as an incorporated society, which allows us to access a broader range of resources and offer greater support to our members. Our main objective is to create an inclusive and vibrant cricket community that welcomes players from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
To achieve this, we will provide comprehensive services, including coaching and training sessions, access to competitive matches and tournaments, and a wide selection of cricket equipment and clothing. Moreover, we will extend our support to encompass additional resources, such as nutritional advice, mental health services, and educational opportunities, to ensure our players thrive both on and off the field.
In collaboration with local schools, cricket clubs, and other community organizations, we aim to promote our club and attract new players and sponsors. By investing in strategic marketing and sales strategies, such as social media and online advertising, we intend to reach a wider audience and fortify our brand. Our continued focus on maintaining excellent facilities and retaining qualified coaching staff will ensure the provision of high-quality training and guidance for our players.
Russell, affectionately known to many as ‘Rusty’, is an embodiment of cricketing excellence and passion. Our enduring relationship with Russell and Little Masters Cricket began back in 2011 when the team became a part of Melville Cricket Club. Since then, Russell's dedication as the secretary of Melville Cricket Club, coupled with his influential role as a board member for Hamilton Cricket Association, has played a pivotal role in our collective journey.
Under Russell's astute guidance and mentorship, the Little Masters Cricket Team not only found a home within our club but flourished into a thriving entity of its own. Today, we proudly recognise Russell Wilson as a life member, an honor that signifies his indelible mark on our club's history and the broader cricketing community. We are immensely grateful for Russell's unwavering support, and we eagerly anticipate the continued growth of our cricketing family under his esteemed leadership.
